Property: White crystal or powder. Density 1.02g/cm3 , melting point 993 ℃, boiling point 170℃, soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol, toxic, aqueous solution can corrode glass.
Uses: Used in the manufacture of boiling steel, fluorination of drinking water, pesticide, light metal smelting and refining and protective layer, cleaning fluid for steel and other metals, brazing flux and solvent, solvent and sunscreen for ceramics, glass and enamel, raw hide and skin treatment in the leather industry, wood antiseptic, adhesive antiseptic.
